Own Your Sorries

How many times a day do you apologize?

I hear the qualifying phrase, “I’m sorry, but…” all the time, and I do not like it.

Usually, the speaker goes on to say what they truly believe. How is this being sorry?

I have noticed that women tend to do this more than men.

It is time to banish, “I’m sorry but…” from your language.

If you are truly going to be sorry for saying something, do not say it!

Stop fake apologizing.

Own what you say.

Say what you mean.

Communicate clearly. This is what successful people do.
