One Body, One Life

We all only get one body and one life. In this way, every human on earth is the same, no matter the country where they were born, the color of their skin, or the amount of money in their wallet.

What are we doing with these two precious resources?

• Are we giving or taking?
• Are we living or dying?

The next time you are tempted to do something that is not in your best interest, ask yourself these questions:

• Will this nourish me or poison me?
• Will this give more to my life or take something away?
• Will this help me to live or will it lead to my death?

The right choice will then be clear.
